Top 4 DIY Peel-Off Masks For Glowing Skin
T
TipsandHacks
4 DIY Peel-Off Masks For Glowing Skin
Peel-off masks help remove the dead cells
from the outermost layer of the skin, which in turn help exfoliate, clearing out impurities
to rejuvenate your complexion. They’re also useful for treating whiteheads,
blackheads and other blemishes. Regular use can contribute to that coveted glow, and a decrease in dull,
dry skin. we are going to make four effective homemade peel-off masks for glowing, spotless skin they’re
easy to whip up in your kitchen
1- Orange Peel-Off Mask
Due to their antioxidant agents, oranges can both battle damage from free radicals and slow down signs
of aging. They revive and rejuvenate the skin, and their high citric acid content, can help prevent
acne breakouts.
Ingredients:
-4 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
-2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin powder
Get a heat-resistant bowl and pour in the fresh orange juice. Add the unflavored gelatin powder
and then place that bowl in a double boiler. Stir it consistently until the gelatin powder
entirely dissolves. Remove from the heat and let it cool. While it’s cooling, cleanse your face
and rinse it using cool water. Then, evenly apply the mask to your face, avoiding your eyes, eyebrows
and mouth. Leave the mask on for 20 to 30 minutes and peel it off in layers. Remove the remaining mask
by washing your face with warm water. Lastly, splash your face with cold water. Pat it dry and apply
your favorite moisturizer.
2- Honey, Egg White and Milk Peel-Off Mask
Honey is a natural antiseptic that helps soothe and heal skin. It also works as a cleansing agent,
removing impurities from the skin. Being a humectant, it also draws in water from the air
to moisturize your skin’s top layers. Milk has been used as a favored skincare ingredient
for centuries. It’s rich in vitamins and nutrients, which help maintain the beauty of the skin.
Thanks to its lactic acid, milk is also beneficial for eliminating
dead skin cells and promoting cell renewal. Milk also possesses antioxidant properties that help combat
environment toxins and free radical damage.
Ingredients:
-1 egg white
-1 gelatin leaf
-1 tsp. honey (we prefer raw, organic or Manuka)
-10 mL warm, unsweetened fresh milk
-Warm water
In a bowl, place the gelatin leaf and add enough water to cover it. Stir with a spoon.
Mix the other ingredients in a different bowl and combine them well. Place the bowl of
combined ingredients into a bigger bowl of warm water gently heat the mixture. Then,
pour in the gelatin and continue stirring until combined. Rinse your face and apply the mask
to clean skin using a brush. Wait for until the mask dries, and peel it off. Use cool water to wash your
face again and apply a toner and moisturizer.
3- Gelatin Peel-Off Mask
Gelatin is a favorite ingredient in a lot of commercial peel-off masks. It is rich in collagen,
which can help smooth out facial lines and create firmer, plump skin. It also helps improve firmness
and elasticity of the skin, preventing stretch marks, as it provides and promotes additional
collagen growth in the skin.
Ingredients:
-1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
-1½ Tbsp. milk
-Several drops lavender essential oil (don’t substitute other essential oils here,
as lavender is one of the few that you can apply safely, directly to skin in small amounts)
In a bowl, mix all the above elements well and heat over a double boiler. Remove the bowl from
the heat and set it aside to let the mixture cool down. Evenly apply the mask to your skin
and let it dry for 10 to 15 minutes. After that, peel it off upwards and rinse skin with lukewarm water.
4- Activated Charcoal Peel-Off Mask
Another common ingredient in lots of commercial peel-off masks is activated charcoal.
It can bind to impurities and excess oil, removing them from the skin and leaving a refreshed complexion.
It can also aid in healing wounds and damaged skin. It works by eliminating fluids and toxins
that weaken the process of healing.
Ingredients:
-½ tsp. activated charcoal
-½ unflavored gelatin
-1 Tbsp. warm distilled water
Mix the activated charcoal and gelatin ingredients in a bowl before adding the warm distilled water.
Then mix until you have a sticky paste. Use a brush to apply the mask on your clean, dry skin.
Let the mask dry for 20 to 40 minutes and peel it off. Wipe away the remaining mask
by using a warm damp cloth. Finish by applying toner to close the pores.

Many people attribute their dry skin to not drinking enough water. But, drinking too much water can actually dilute your electrolytes, worsening your skin.
Other causes of dry skin:
• Smoking
• Sugar
• Stress
• Seed oils
• Soap
• Chlorine and fluoride from tap water
• Petroleum or alcohol in makeup
• Alcohol consumption
If nothing on the list seems to apply to you, you could be lacking essential fatty acids. A deficiency in essential fatty acids can cause dry and scaly skin.
Omega-6 and omega-3 are essential fatty acids that your body can’t make—you must get them from your diet. But, chances are you’re getting enough omega-6 and not enough omega-3.
You can get omega-3 fatty acids from foods like sardines, fish, and cod liver oil. But, it’s also in other things like algae and seaweed, which are much better for a homemade face cream.
Here’s the best homemade face moisturizer recipe.
Ingredients:
6 tsp water
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp seaweed powder or crushed seaweed sheets
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Grind the chia seeds and mix them into the water, then add the seaweed and olive oil. Mix the ingredients well. Apply the mixture to your face, wait for about 15 minutes, and then wash it off.
This DIY face moisturizer is just a quick fix. It’s crucial that you clean up your diet and include more omega-3 fatty acids in your diet to help correct your dry skin. Learn more about the Healthy Keto diet in my other videos.

Want Better Skin? Try This DIY Baking Soda and Coconut Oil Facial Scrub
Natural Cures
In this video, you are going to learn how to mix baking soda and coconut oil for skin care that's natural and highly effective!
Having clear, supple skin can be a great confidence builder because it helps you to look more put together and mature.
Establishing a skin care routine is the first step towards establishing other healthy routines in your life. Following them all is the best way to ensure your health is at 100%.
This is why we're going to teach you a great skincare recipe today that only calls for natural ingredients.
If you look around in your kitchen you may notice that most of the most basic ingredients are cheap and natural, and can be repurposed for other uses outside of the kitchen.
Take baking soda and coconut oil for example.
When combined, these two ingredients can help rid your skin of pimples, toxins, dry skin, discoloration, and marks.
They can both regulate the acidity in your skin and moisturize, nurture, and heal any issues your skin might be having.
The mixture is even safe for all skin types, even the most sensitive.
Mix equal parts of coconut oil and baking soda if you intend to use this cleanser as an exfoliator. But, if your skin is sensitive, then you might want to mix two parts coconut oil to one part baking soda.
Apply your homemade cleanser and massage it all around your face, gently. Wash it off right away with warm water, or leave it on for a few minutes like a face mask.
This easy recipe will help your skin tremendously. Try it and see!

Bye-Bye Gray: How Aloe Vera Can Naturally Dye Your Hair!
Natural Cures
Do you find yourself staring at your gray hairs in the mirror? You're not alone.
Gray hair is a common sign of aging, and for many of us, it can be frustrating to see. But did you know there's a natural alternative to dyeing your hair? This natural dye can help cover up those grays while also providing essential nutrients for your hair's health.
To make this powerful natural dye, you'll need aloe vera and vitamin E. Aloe vera is packed with vitamins and minerals that nourish your strands, promote hair growth, rejuvenate hair follicles, and improve blood flow to your scalp. And vitamin E helps balance your hair's pH, repair damaged hair, and keep it soft and moisturized.
Here's how to make the dye: Mix one vitamin E capsule with one tablespoon of aloe vera gel until you get a homogeneous cream. Then, apply it to your scalp and massage gently for five minutes. Put on a thermal or plastic cap (or a plastic bag if you don't have a cap) and sleep with the mixture on your hair. Rinse it out with cold running water only the next morning. Do this treatment two or three times a week, and you should start to see results.
If you're looking for a natural way to dye your hair and improve its health, give this recipe a try.
And if you already knew about this natural dye, let me know in the comments! Don't forget to like and share this video with someone who might benefit from it. Wishing you good health!

Natural Alternative to Botox That Really Works
Natural Cures
Natural Alternative to Botox That Really Works
Coffee is a delicious, hot beverage that helps to deliver an early-morning punch. However, it is also highly beneficial to the body’s skin. Today’s videos will discuss the benefits that coffee has on skin.
1. Softening
A coffee-cocoa face pack can be made at home and will leave your skin feeling soft and supple. Mix two spoons each of cocoa powder and ground coffee. Then, add three spoons of milk and a spoonful of honey. If skin is oily, it is recommended to use yogurt instead of milk.
Now, apply the mixture directly to the face. Leave on for about 30 minutes and wash off with water.
2. Exfoliating
The texture of coffee grounds help to remove dead skin cells and toxins from the skin. It also helps to prevent dry skin. Make a scrub out of a half of a cup of brown sugar, a half of a cup of ground coffee, and a quarter of a cup of olive oil. Mix well until a paste forms and apply onto face. When done, wash your face and apply moisturizer.
3. Treating Dark Circles and Puffy Eyes
Coffee can help to reduce the appearance of puffy eyes and dark circles because it contains anti-inflammatory properties. It is important to note that dark circles and puffy eyes can be caused by many different factors, such as dehydration, allergies and sleep deprivation. The caffeine in coffee cannot remove dark circles that are caused by hereditary factors.
4. Reducing Cellulite
Since the caffeine in the coffee dehydrates fatty cells, it reduces the appearance of cellulite and smooths the skin. Research has shown that skin creams that list caffeine as an active ingredient are approximately 17% more effective in reducing cellulite appearance than products that did not contain caffeine.
Make a body scrub by mixing together coffee, pure aloe vera gel and Vitamin E oil. Be sure to use a 2:1:1 ratio when measuring the ingredients. Apply the mixture directly onto your skin. For best results, it is recommended that the coffee is finely ground.
5. Tightening of the Skin
The caffeine in the coffee can reduce the appearance of fine lines around the face and tighten skin. Caffeine can even prevent cancerous cells from forming in the body.
6. Anti-Oxidation
Coffee is high in antioxidants and therefore can help repair sun damage by harmful UV rays. Applying coffee onto the skin will provide an effective layer of protection from the sun’s harmful rays.
7. Anti-inflammation
Coffee can help to remove redness and swelling in the face and skin. Research has shown that on rats, coffee is comparable to aspirin in regards to reducing puffiness.
8. Brightening of the Skin
Coffee can help protect the body from viruses, bacteria and fungi that can harm your face and skin. Simply mix coffee grinds and Epson salt into warm water and then wash your face with the mixture. Then, use these same coffee grinds to massage and exfoliate the skin.
A face mask is particularly helpful in rejuvenating and repairing the skin.
Ingredients:
½ cup coffee beans, ground
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup unsweetened whole or almond milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice (use olive or almond oil for dry skin)
1 tablespoon honey (lemon juice for oily skin)
Directions:
Combine coffee with cocoa powder.
Add into the milk and mix until a paste is formed.
Gently fold in the honey and lemon juice.
Apply mask to face.
Let mask set for 20 minutes and then rinse.
It is recommended that the coffee be finely ground coffee. Also, the mask mixture can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Have you used coffee for any of these unusual skin remedies? Let us know in our comment section.

8 Natural Ways to Lighten Hair at Home
a

FOR MORE BEAUTY TIPS CLICK HERE- https://bit.ly/forbeautytips
Are you trying to keep your hair bright? Finding it difficult to go to the salon very often? If your hair is naturally or artificially- colored blonde, you may find keeping it light is a real headache. So what do you do if you want natural ways to lighten or highlight your hair, instead of salon products full of chemicals? Here are some cheap, natural ways to keep your hair bright. In fact, most of these ingredients can be found in your kitchen!
Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is the best way to lighten your hair, since it’s the most effective. Lemon juice contains citric acid, which allows the sun to lighten the hair. Mix one part lemon juice with three parts water and spray it on your hair before going outside.
Baking Soda
Baking soda will lighten your hair, and also get rid of any chemical build-up from before.
The first step is to mix a ½ cup of baking soda and water to make a paste. Make sure the paste is not too thin, because it will slide out of your hair. But if it’s too thick it won’t work either, because it will dry too quickly. Make sure it’s just right, and put it in your hair. Leave it for 15- 20 minutes and then wash it out.
Honey
Because it has hydrogen peroxide, honey is a great way to bleach the hair. Honey is also very moisturizing, which keeps the hair from drying out from the lightening. Add some vinegar or water to the honey to keep it from sticking to your hair.
Mix honey with water or vinegar, and put it in your hair. Wrap your hair in plastic wrap and then put on a shower cap or towel to make sure it stays in place. Leave it in your hair overnight and wash it out in the morning.
Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea lightens the hair slowly, so it’s a better idea for brunettes. Make some tea and then let it cool. Wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner and then rinse it with the chamomile tea.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon will softly lighten dark hair, without the worry of a brassy or orange tone. It can be used as much as you like because it’s not harmful for your hair.
Mix cinnamon powder with conditioner and apply it evenly in your hair. Put on a shower cap and leave the mixture in your hair overnight. Rinse with shampoo in the morning.
Beer
Beer is a good way to lighten your hair, since it will also fix the damaged strands. Make sure to find a light beer and wash your with it.
Salt
If you’ve ever gone swimming in salt water, you may already know that salt is a great lightener.
Mix one part salt with five parts water and rinse your hair with it. Wash it out after 15 minutes.
Rhubarb
Rhubarb is another natural way to lighten your hair. Use it carefully though, because rhubarb has pectin, which can be very sticky if it stays in your hair for too long.
To make the mixture, boil ¼ cup of chopped rhubarb in 2 cups of water. Drain it, and then wash your hair with it. Leave it for 10 minutes and then wash it out with clear water.

How To Get Rid Of Wrinkles? – Dr. Berg on Collagen Peptides

Support Healthy Digestion, Check out Dr. Berg's Gallbladder Formula: https://shop.drberg.com/gallbladder-formula
In this video, Dr. Berg talks about how to unwrinkle your wrinkles. If you are trying to remove and rid wrinkles around the eyes, the corners of your mouth and under your neck, you want to focus on fixing the internal part of your body since creams only have a small effect.
If you have crow's feet (wrinkles on the outer eyes), wrinkles on the outer corners of the mouth, or lines on the outer part of the nose, the problem is the same, aging skin that must be rejuvenated from the inside. Most people focus on the "outside-in" approach, by adding creams on the skin and do not focus on the inside of the body. Retinol is a key nutrient that helps the skin. I recommend doing egg yolks, butter, and cod liver.
The vitamin A from plants, but just realize that this is a carotenoid which is a pre-vitamin A and must be converted. But the benefits of combining both animal and plant vitamin A foods will greatly help your skin. Eat kale, parsley, and even spinach.
I recommend using collagen peptides to provide raw material to build healthy skin. Vital Protein brand is grass-fed and pasture-raised - a good brand.
You also want to avoid excessive insulin, because insulin resistance can block vitamin A. So combine keto with intermittent fasting, which will turn on autophagy (which is a recycling process of your cells, which can give you nice healthy skin). Also, avoid stress as much as possible (to reduce cortisol). Also if you are low in bile (gallbladder removal, sluggish gallbladder, fatty liver, etc.), taking purified bile salts can help. Bile helps increase the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.
Low bile symptoms include: bloating, burping, belching, right shoulder pain, and bloating over the abdomen under the right rib cage. I recommend in this situation taking Gallbladder Formula.

Homemade Hair Treatment for Frizzy, Dry and Damaged Hair
Natural Cures
Inadequate brushing, using industrial dyes, certain hair treatments, chemicals used in straightening, and constantly using a flat iron are just a few of the things that make your hair frizz.
When your hair gets very dry and begins to look frizzy and damaged, you might have a long and expensive process ahead of you to correct it. However, there is a natural way to fight frizzy hair.
It’s a capillary mask made from corn starch that restores damaged hair, by giving it volume and nourishing the fibers.
This mask can be applied to any type of hair, and works for both curly hair and straight hair. Look at how simple this recipe is:
Ingredients
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon pure honey
3/4 liter of filtered water
1 strainer
1 tablespoon of oil (either almond, argan, olive or coconut oil)
1 tablespoon of natural conditioner (whatever you have at home)
Instructions
Stir the corn starch until dissolved. Then lower the heat and stir until it thickens. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool down. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well to form a smooth cream.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Massage the entire length of the hair. Make sure you apply it to the scalp too. Cover you head with a shower cap.
Apply this mask before bedtime. Wash your hair as normal the next day.
It’s important to remember that those with an oily scalp shouldn’t apply the cream to their scalp. They should simply put the cream on their hair.
Use this treatment once a week.
You can also use this recipe as a regular hair conditioner.
This capillary mask also works well as a massage cream for your hair. Just apply the mask to the hair and leave it for 25 minutes. Finally, wash it out with a little shampoo.
If you’d like quicker results, use the cream three times a week.
Now that you know how to make your own treatment for damaged hair, take advantage of the corn starch and moisturize your hair with this home remedy.

BARBARA O’NEILL | BEWARE OF SHAMPOOS THAT HAVE THE CHEMICAL SODIUM AURYL SULFATE

The exposed and open follicles die when exposed to the acidic properties of SLS for long periods of time or in high doses.
As part of the hair cycle, the average person sheds over a hundred hairs daily.
This leaves the hair follicle open to attack by the SLS and its harmful, irritating, and drying qualities.

Straighten Your Hair Naturally With This Simple Recipe
Natural Cures
Straight hair is hard to get, especially when it has a mind of its own. There are options like going to a hair dresser, using chemicals, or a flat iron to straighten it, but all of these fry the hair and break it, making it brittle and dry.
Here is a recipe for a cream that will not only straighten hair, but will also keep it healthy and make it stronger.
All of the ingredients for which, can be found in most kitchens.
The ingredients for this recipe are:
- Coconut oil
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Cornstarch
All of these ingredients have properties that help to keep hair from drying out, and control extra frizz and curls.
It won’t work as fast as chemical treatments, but after several uses the difference can be both seen and felt.
The olive oil and lemon work together to make the hair roots stronger. They also make it less likely for hair loss to be suffered.
These two ingredients are not meant for straightening the hair.
They are included in this recipe to make hair silkier and easier to manage, while making it stronger.
The olive oil also helps to protect hair from being damaged when a curling or flat iron are used.
The purpose of the cornstarch is to get rid of static frizz and fly-aways.
And finally, the coconut oil is the ingredient that does the actual straightening of the hair.
All four of these ingredients combined give a natural, healthy, strengthening cream for hair. Before mixing the recipe, however, make sure that the ingredients are organic.
The chemicals from non-organic ingredients can damage hair, making this cream fairly useless.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil - Juice of one lemon - 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
Preparation:
1. The coconut oil is best made straight from the coconut, so buy some organic coconuts for this recipe. To make the oil take the white pulp out of the nut and put it through the blender with one cup of cold water.
2. Use a sieve to pour the liquid through to strain out any lumps. The liquid is used for this recipe and the pulp can be saved for something else.
3. Put the lemon juice, olive oil, cornstarch, and coconut oil into the top half of a double boiler (one pot set on top of another, with the bottom half containing water for heating).
4. Setting the pot on low-to-medium heat let the mixture warm for a couple of minutes until it becomes creamy.
5. Remove the pot from heat and allow it to cool for several minutes before pouring it into a glass jar for storing.
6. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before using.
To apply the cream, use the following steps:
- Wet the hair and wring out any excess water ´
- Take approximately 3-4 tablespoons of the cream and massage it through both hair and scalp
- Once the cream is applied, cover the head with a plastic cap and leave it in place for 45 minutes
- A warm towel can also be wrapped around the head to help the cream soak in
- Once the 45 minutes are up, rinse the hair thoroughly and brush it straight while it is still wet
- Do this at least three times per week

Some things in life are a given, and of these things is the fact that we need to wash our hair.

The resulting product hydrates, nourishes, and conditions and leaves your hair feeling shiny and beautiful.

Honey
Coconut
Aloe Vera
Castor Oil

1 bar of coconut soap;
1 teaspoon of bee honey;
