$5 Modded Otis Gen2 Traction Elevators at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort (Noord, Aruba)

This is a pretty hilarious mod that has a small COP and a Outside Floor Indicator slapped on top. This is one of the cheapest and hideous International Mod I have ever seen so far. This is literally the definition of a $5 Slop On. As the guy on the thumbnail once said, "WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!"
