The Best Training System I’ve Ever Used
People look at hypertrophy, or building muscle, too narrowly. To optimally build muscle and maximize performance in and out of the gym, we need to incorporate different phases and strategies sometimes within the same session.
Undulating periodization is a type of training where volume and intensity go up and down, either weekly or daily, within the training period.
I have found this method to allow me to train with many different methods and reap the rewards of all of them without overdoing it.
