DC Bridge lights up red, white, and blue for Independence Day

The Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge in Washington was lit up red, white, and blue early on Independence Day. Footage recorded by Twitter user @RiverGirl707 shows the bridge early on Tuesday morning. Independence Day celebrations planned for the capital included fireworks on the National Mall.
