The key is frying the garlic and the dehydrated shrimps on low heat slowly so that they release oil and goodness fragrance into that oil.
Spices: cardamom ground, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground coriander seed, garlic and onion powder. Everything is about 2/3 of a teaspoon.
