On July 2nd, depositors of #Henan Rural Bank protested in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, #CCPChina.

But this time the victims have a new banner that says, "In the #US, depositors could withdraw funds after three days after bankruptcy in #SiliconValleyBank. But we cannot withdraw our tens of billions of deposits in Henan Bank's UnionPay card for a year."
