There's a drink trending on social media, mostly on Tiktok, and it's called the McDonald's Grimace Shake. It's a purple-colored milkshake in celebration of McDonald's other mascot Grimace's 52nd birthday.
The original Grimace was called Evil Grimae, who prevented people from getting McDonald's milkshakes or Coca-Cola drinks. McDonald's replaced him with Grimac,e a nicer mascot who liked to drink milkshakes and hang out with McDOnald's main mascot Ronald McDonald the clown.
Currently on TikTok, there is a trend going on where people drink the purple-colored drink, then collapse and pretend to die, spilling the drink as if it was part f a horror movie scene. But people have questions about what the Grimace Shake tastes like.

The Grimace Milkshake is made up of purple-colored fruit syrup (lots of it), vanilla frosting, milk, and cream. You can buy the drink individually or buy it in a Mcdonald's meal which comes with either a McDonald's Big Mac or fries and nuggets. It's available in select locations.
Some people, such as news reporters said the drink tasted like birthday cake, strawberry shortcake, cotton candy, and Fruity Pebbles cereal blended together.

Since the drink is high is sugar, containing o a high dosage of syrup (glucose, fructose, and sucrose), it's recommended that you don't drink lots of it or you could get Type 2 diabetes.
