Webb Presses for Prosecution of Pandemic Planners

His defendants have included Anthony Fauci, Lloyd Austin, Rochelle Walensky and even the White House, but, for some reason, the only reference to this “litigation hobbyist” in the press has not been on Fox News, but in the Progressive Voters Guide, where, apparently at least they have some reason to believe that he was against the government response to the public health crisis, and, he may have been the pesky independent to whom Blue Virginia had referred when they ran a story on the campaign of Arlington Democrat Mary Kadera for the Arlington Public School Board, about whom the words “commando”, “onslaught” and “scorched earth” come to the minds of war-hardened Arlington Democrats and analysts, but nobody can say for sure, because they did not mention any names. And this week, while unreported in the news, one guns blazing kamikaze styled fringe independent is setting his iron sites on hauling the White House and Facebook into a court.

“We had an order published regarding a motion for summary judgment, and, at least according to the FOIA the only requirement for injunctive relief to enjoin a government agency from withholding documents, especially without stating one of the nine enumerated exemptions, is a complaint filed in federal court, but the judge said we presented no evidence of entitlement to injunctive relief. Maybe I need to get the guy at the White House who doesn’t log TS/SCI or FOIA requests to write me and the court a letter to confirm that they never responded to my request for information,” remarked Major Mike Webb, a former senior FOIA analyst, and the most junior commissioned officer to have ever served as the operations officer for all U.S. Army strategic counterintelligence in CONUS.

Almost as soon as an invisible enemy appeared in the news, the former biological warfare planner was hot on the trail, who, before filing the first litigation challenge against the lockdowns in the country had even contacted the current Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Senator Mark Warner, to apprise him of information that was not being reported in the news, based upon his experience as a former biological warfare planner, who at least by coincidental correlation, happened to be one of only three persons offered a job in a Top Secret billet, for a disavowed, “expired mission” as a procurement analyst at DIA.
