Clash of Weapons! Shotguns 8 vs Disc Launchers 8 = which one is the best?

Since I got Disc Launchers I find that playing Killshot is much better than with the Shotguns but it is especially the implants which dangerously increase the firepower and which allow to inflict enormous damage of impacts. (I still have to practice to use them well XD).
