WARNING: GRAPHIC STREET JUSTICE—Bystanders Beat Man after Man Beats & Sexually Assaults Woman

STREET JUSTICE—A man in (what appears to be Peru) grabs a woman and drags her into an alley where he punches and fondles her.

Bystanders quickly become aware and chase the man down.

When they catch up to him, they tie him to a post, and have the local women come over and beat him with sticks.
The victim is also invited to take part, but seems too shaken up to participate.
