Sermon of His Holiness Pope Jacobus I on the Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Maria...2 July, 2023 AD...in this great Feast of Our Blessed Mother, the Blessed Virgin Maria, the true Roman Catholic Church celebrates the day of Her visitation to Her cousin St. Elizabeth, mother of St. John the Baptist, and so the miracle of his sanctification is here recorded by the Evangelist St. Luke, and by the Holy Tradition, as revealed by God Himself, and this that the sanctification of the Precursor of Christ Our Lord, St. John the Baptist, has taken place while he was still in his mother's womb, during this same visitation from the Blessed Virgin Maria, she bringing Christ Our Lord, God Himself, to accomplish this holy task, Our Lord carried in the Blessed Virgin's womb, to follow the example of the Prophet Jeremias who was also sanctified by God Himself while still in his mother's womb. So that the Divinely inflamed charity of Our Blessed Mother speaks by itself, all directed for the accomplishment of the holy task of Divine Redemption of the whole human race from the tyrannical yoke of Satan, and for the purpose that God Himself, Christ Our Lord, will be born and, besides Him redeeming the mankind from the slavery of Satan, God Himself will establish the true Roman Catholic Church, rested upon the Rock, the Apostle St. Peter, the first Pope, and the successors in the same Papal Dignity and in the Supreme Teaching and Magisterial Office...
