Recipe
Cherries & Rose raw honey ice cream:

1Cup Fat milk
2Cups 10% Cream
1/2Cup Raw Honey
Pinch pink salt
Crushed fresh cherries (250g)
20g rose flower bud (or 1/2 tsp rose water)*

4 Egg yolks
1-2 tsp vodka (optionnal)*

Heat the milk, honey and cream to 66 degrees.
Let the rose bud set aside for 15 to 20 minute, warm again at 66 degrees.

Froth the egg yolks separately.
Slowly add the hot liquid to the eggs.

Let it rest in the fridge all night. (Or a couple of hours, till cold enough 4 degrees)
Put in the ice cream machine 15-20 minutes.
Place immediately in the freezer until set.
