Drip Irrigation with Spray Emitters

We hate watering when it is August and super hot. however, we have tried a lot of automated water and haven't found anything we like.

Finally we decided to try and figure out drip irrigation with polytube for longer lasting systems. However, we wanted to do it with spray emitters instead.
