Abraham Hicks, Esther Hicks " Being and doing " Alaskan Cruise

aboard the Alaskan Cruise. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " being and doing. " Abraham jumps in to explain that being is very different that doing. For example sometimes we are pre-occupied with things to do that we rationalize " I don't have time to mediate." And being wise about the doing in our lives is very important. Maybe you could instead of Waking 1hr before work, you could wake up 90 minutes before work, so that you can have a start on your day and feel good and have chance to mediate before your workday and for the day ahead. Another example would be a group of fun friends invite you to dinner, but your not wanting to go, because you want to clean a closet that is on your to do list what do you do ? when you got the call you were excited,[ that's your indicator ] but then dread washed upon you when you started thinking about the closet that is not checked off your " to do list. " In this case, I would say that you should go, and remember that there is always tomorrow to get caught up on your check list.
