It’s late at night and I have mangos that are ripe, everyone is sleeping. Decide to take you along as I slice a juicy mango and cube it. Everything is clean and disinfected off camera before I start.

Also this is one way to slice a mango there are many others, try them all but again-no rude slicing experts will be tolerated!! LOL

Be careful not to get jealous this one was juicy and delicious. The mangos pictured were foraged by my husband through out our local area, so I do not know the names of the cultivars. If I visit any local growers and enjoy them in a video, I will try to let you know the cultivar I am enjoying.
