LOST TREASURES - Sacred Saints & Cave Chambers (Series 1 - Episode 2) #archaeology

This second episode took the series into North Wales and focused on the many new discoveries being made in the sleepy village of Llanarmon-Yn-Ial, from Ice Age caves to finds coming up under the pub floor.

Series One (6 Episodes) ended in 2005 with an amazing 26% of the North West viewing public tuning in. ITV Granada’s Lost Treasures then joined the top 6 national programs nominated by ITV News Group as ‘Popular Feature Program Of The Year’ at their top London awards ceremony. It enjoyed repeated international screenings on Sky History Channel (at some points running 3 times a day).
