aboard the Alaskan Cruise. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " confounded by a past relationship. " Abraham explains, that hot seater is just much to focused on the physical experience of that past relationship. Abraham advises that she needs to get off the focus of relationship. Now that is one of the difficulties to get off the subject when we have so much momentum on the subject so we can diffuse it's power by focusing on the good aspects of the relationship which would also help us in switching the vibrational stance on the subject. Of course that is if we can manage to do that. If we can't stop thinking about the subject in question the next best thing to do is focus on what we want in relationship. In other words focus around the subject.
