Join us for an unprecedented gathering of DMTx experts. To celebrate the launch of his new book 'The Bigger Picture: How psychedelics can help us make sense of the world', Alexander Beiner has gathered some of the brightest minds in DMT and psychedelics to explore what Imperial College's DMTx trial can reveal about the deeper questions of existence and consciousness.

Alexander will share some of his insights as a participant on the trial, while Imperial researchers Dr. Chris Timmermann and Lisa Luan will explain what they learned running the trial. Fellow participant Lucy Walker, the two-time Oscar nominated film maker who directed and executive produced Netflix’s 'How to Change Your Mind', will share her experiences of this profound altered state. John Vervaeke, Professor of Cognitive Science at the University of Toronto, will provide a fascinating new way to interpret DMTx, and bestselling author Jamie Wheal will explore how understanding these states can help us navigate the times we live in.

Alexander will reveal some of the most exciting ideas from 'The Bigger Picture', which has been hailed as 'a convincingly argued, deeply thought-provoking and beautifully written book.' (Graham Hancock) and  'the most important book on psychedelics to come about in a long while' (David Jay Brown). In particular, we'll explore the question of how psychedelics can change not just our minds, but society, and why the DMT experience can help us interact with AI in new ways, have new conversations about tough cultural topics, and radically reframe our view on consciousness.
