They are master storytellers and they love you unconditionally. They can be adventurous and funny just to keep their grandchildren amused.
Throughout the years you grow up and try to foster relationships between your own kids and your parents. However, it can be difficult when distance keeps people apart.

Grandma Tutu stays in touch with her toddler granddaughter using Tango. This modern grandma has learned how to use this app every day, so she can see her cute little grandkid grow. It has been more than a year - 14 months to be exact - since she hasn’t seen her son, daughter-in-law and their daughter.

The moment the video starts rolling, the family explains their intentions. They have decided to pop into town for a family reunion, unannounced. This trio has traveled all the way from Los Angeles to Oregon, just to surprise grandma and grandpa. As they are standing feet away from their house, the son calls his mom Tutu.

The adorable trio tries to act normal as they walk towards Grandma Tutu’s house, all the while talking to her on Tango. You can clearly hear grandma’s voice on the phone asking "What are you doing? Where are you?"

As the small family gets closer to Tutu’s house, she realizes that they are near, exclaiming "Oh, my God! My God! Oh, my God, they’re surprising me! They are here!" Her excited scream can be heard all the way outside, even before she bolts out the door to hug her darling grandbaby.
