Color Us United President lauds SCOTUS affirmative action rule as a win for Asian Americans

Kenny Xu, President of Color Us United, praised the Supreme Court’s decision Thursday axing affirmative action in college admissions. “I'm ecstatic about this decision. It means that Asian Americans can finally get treated on their merits,” Xu told CNN Thursday. “Academic excellence—that should be prioritized.” Xu is a board member of Students for Fair Admissions, the organization that was the plaintiff in the case.
