Welcome back! In this installment of "Florida Plant Profiles" we're looking at the pigeon pea. An extremely heat hardy plant that will tolerate bad soil, you can't go wrong with this perennial. If you can find dried pigeon peas at your grocery store, you can plant them and have your own right in your back yard.
