The days are getting longer and hotter! You deserve to cool off! I know let’s make Mudslides! The perfect combination of vodka, Irish Cream, Kahula and heavy cream! Blend it with some ice and you are transported to a cool calm place. Beat that summer heat with a Frozen Mudslide!

The Mudslide

Ingredients:
2 oz heavy cream
2 oz vodka
2 oz Irish cream
2 oz Kahula
2 cups ice
Chocolate

Procedure:
Into a blender add all the ingredients except the chocolate. Blend on high until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed (about 30 seconds). Pour into a frozen cocktail glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate (yes it does really enhance the flavor). The recipe makes two servings. So enjoy with a friend or drink them both yourself!
