New Epstein DOJ report finds no evidence that there was criminal activity associated with his death, but that there were numerous serious failures by correctional staff, including failing to ensure Epstein was assigned a cellmate, as well as failing to undertake measures to make sure Epstein was safe.

So many “failures”! Who would’ve thought that the guy with so much dirt on so many elites needed to be watched?! 🙄
