This Is The Reason Divorce is Harder on Men

Why is divorce traditionally harder (emotionally) on men than women?

Men are dimmers - we’re slow to light up and slow to light down.

Our wife fulfills multiple roles for us - our lover, friend, confidant, accountant, co parenting.

Women have a tribe and are more communal, so their needs are spread out amongst more than one person.

When a man finds a mate, it often takes him a while, see her in a new light and engage.

When a woman finds a mate, she usually knows immediate.

Men = Dimmers
Women = Light Switches

Knowing this will make men more aware of crossing his woman’s boundaries too many times… she’ll turn off, and even if she stays, she’ll never be fully back on.

Love your woman, date your wife.

Much love,

~Robin
