Dr. Marc Bochner, the owner and main instructor of Bochner’s Realistic Self-Defense Training & Fitness, has a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. He teaches martial arts for over 25 years and as a licensed Physical Therapist, he helps his clients to get into fitness while learning self-defense, he helps his clients get healthier regardless of their gender, age, and impairments. Bochner’s Studio specializes in modified fitness, martial arts, and self-defense sessions to adapt to their students’ needs, especially for people who have impairments or comorbidities diseases.
