Ingredients:
* 500 grams minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
* 1 cup frozen green peas
* 2 medium onions, finely chopped
* 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
* 2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
* 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
* 2 teaspoons garam masala
* 1 teaspoon cumin powder
* 1 teaspoon coriander powder
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust according to your taste)
* Salt to taste
* 3 tablespoons cooking oil
* Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
* Heat oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
* Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies (if using) to the pan. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
* Add the minced meat to the pan and cook, stirring frequently, until it is browned and cooked through. Break up any lumps with a spatula while cooking.
* Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until they soften and release their juices.
* Add the garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the meat evenly with the spices.
* Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.
* Add the frozen green peas to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the peas are tender.
* If the mixture seems dry, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.
* Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. If you prefer a spicier keema, you can add more red chili powder.
* Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, roti, or naan bread.
