Soldiers of Ukraine’s 3rd Assault Brigade cleared a Russian trench system. Troops fought their way through a maze of trenches under heavy fire. Russians of the 57th Motor Rifle Brigade used grenades and artillery on them. A huge explosion knocked one soldier off his feet and left him badly wounded. But the Ukrainians managed to evacuate him and capture the trenches.The battle happened to the south of Bakhmut, where heavy fighting is ongoing.
