DAY FOUR: “Where Your Treasure Is”- (Luke 12:34)- “Circumcise Your Hearts to the Lord”

Good morning. Great is His faithfulness.

"WHERE YOUR TREASURE IS"

Luke 12:34

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

When we attach ourselves to the treasures on earth, we risk cutting ourselves off from heavenly treasures. We than become slaves in our earthly thing's rather than living free in Christ. So the heart ❤️ of true discipleship - is first disentangling ourselves from the chains and bondage of earthly things. Next we are to attach ourselves to God, Who is the true treasure that awaits us.

"If you are unsure of where your treasure is, examine where you spend your available time and money. Reflect on what it is you enjoy thinking about and discussing. Ask your friends to tell you what they think is most important to you. Ask your children to list the things most valuable to you. It may surprise you to know what others consider to be your treasure."
