The backpack appears to be excellent quality, but its too small for my frame and needs. Im 61" tall with an athletic 220 lb. build.
With the shoulder straps fully loosened, the waist belt wraps around above my belly button; also, the sternum strap has to be adjusted full down.
Capacity of the pack is also too small for my needs; wuth a full change of clothes (jeans, socks, underwear, hoodie, and t-shirt) and a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle on one side, the bag only has space to jam in some smaller items.
Id easily give it 5 stars if...

Id easily give it 5 stars if it fit my needs and I hate to deduct a star because I basically bought something too small, but feel this may be valuable info for others.
This is my second Osprey pack and I am just in love with it! Its great for college students, lightweight, breathable (the mesh suspended back panel is the best part), and the rain cover is amazing during downpours.
I wish the second set of compression straps did not go over the bottom part of the water bottle pockets, but thats my only complaint!
Kids backpacked through Europe this summer. Fits a lot
Very light backpack I love it
I love Osprey and I love this pack FOR DAY HIKING. Its for hiking, not carrying books and laptop, not airplane carry-on. The combination of integrated (attached but removable) raincover and semi-rigid anti-sweat mesh panel won me over.
It is super light, holds 2 medium water bottles securely and/or hydration bladder, plus hiking poles, and then plenty of room for layers and lunch. The size works very well for my small frame (52") so maybe not ideal if you are tall.
The pocket organization may be better for lumpers than splitters as there are only 1 interior and 1 exterior pocket, plus a large external pouch.
Theres also a set of cinchable loops to attach something to the top of the shoulder straps like a pad or tarp, and a few other loops and clips. Like all Osprey packs, it is extremely well made (love those zipper pulls!)
and has a lifetime repair guarantee. I got this pack as a prize for fundraising for a breast cancer prevention non-profit, donated directly by Osprey, so gotta give them props for that.
My wife loves the backpack
Love love love it! Perfect for day hikes!
Very nice but really too small four our needs. Different colors are different prices. Went with a lighter backpack with more room , for less $$$. My son loves Osprey. His is a Talon 22 though.
The Osprey Daylite Plus was cuter but I chose this pack for as my campus backpack because you can actually fit your drink container in the side, unlike the Daylite.
I kept the rainfly in as added cushioning for my 15" laptop. I found it has great support and yet is not a huge puffy backpack like Northface Jester. Plus there is a lot of back support in that frame.
Great backpack for hiking. Light weight and love the color.
