The little Boquillas Ranch is located about 2 miles south of the Fairbank Arizona townsite. It was the headquarters for the Boquillas Land and Cattle Company, which raised cattle from 1901 to 1971.

In 1986 it was acquired by the Bureau of Land Management and is now the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area.

You don't realize your own speech patterns until you watch and re-watch yourself speaking when editing videos. After watching the videos, I was going to do a count on how many times I said "so", "obviously", "actually" etc, but didn't feel like doing the video over again to include it.
