India floods: 'I have to start again from zero'

Flood victims in India's northeastern flood-ravaged Assam state have been forced to rebuild their lives from rubble after losing their homes and livelihood to the water. They gathered at a relief shelter on Tuesday (June 27) with the scarce amount of belongings that they were able to hang on to.
