DIY Art Therapy - Have Fun Sculpting a Giant's Portrait

When I get frustrated with a project that isn't going well (or just get stressed out by watching the news) I grab some clay and start playing around with it. If you promise yourself that you aren't trying to create anything that's perfect - or if you don't even intend to keep it after it's done - you can just take advantage of the therapeutic effect of messing around with clay.

I used my sculpting form to get started, but if you're looking for even easier ideas be sure to check out my book called Fast Faces: Unleash Your Creativity With a Friendly Lump of Clay, available on Amazon.com here: https://amzn.to/2DSNXfG

If you'd like to use my face sculpting form, you can find it here: https://www.ultimatepapermache.com/face-sculpting-form

Clay from your local pottery supply store is fun to work with, too - and it's a lot less expensive.
