Microcontroller DAC glitch problem

After fighting with the idiots on Stack Overflow I explain how harmonics can be caused by a real device failure in a Microcontroller DAC output. This harkens back to the early 2000s, so don't look for this uC on the market now, but at the time it was a big deal.
