We found Lord Louie continuing to create smiles at the Cairns market with his new friend Dr Kevin Numnum. They bring a sense of joy and wonder to all ages who pass by.

We understand through the many people we meet that when people are in challenging and complex circumstances the message of 'Dont Worry Be Happy' can appear simplistic and distant.
