I created a full synth song. I have upgraded my MPC Live 2 recently and wanted to test the new synthesizers on it. Including in this mix are tracks from OPX 4, Mini Moog, Fabric XL synthersiers. There is also a piano track going all the way through the track and everything was built around that piano track.

Lance took the different tracks did his magic creating something that was new wave synth pop and turning it into a more industrial synth soun. Paul added his fantastic drums which Lance supplemented.

I was reluctant to put vocals on the track at first its dense full of countermelodies and stands on its own as an instrumental in my opinion. However Lance disagreed and thought it would make a great track for the spoken word. I must say after writing the lyrics and recording the vocals I think he was right.

I returned two Vocals tracks which Lance used to great effect. Lance was surprised how often my voice is hitting the bat and sent me a sample to illustrate with just a drum and vocals Which in itself give us an idea for a different kind of track down the line.
