I am happy to share with you my unboxing and review for the new Runcam 2 Action Cam for RC folks like us!

This is where I got mine: https://amzn.to/2I1QKKn

Here is a link to my Amazon Store to help support the channel and keep it independent: https://www.amazon.com/shop/gblyndensrc

In the video I unbox and review it, show you how to set it up, and even take it for a ride on my Eachine Assassin 180 FPV Drone at 1080p HD at 60fps!

This is my list of pros and cons:

Pros:

- It records high quality footage at 60fps at 1080p, unlike the Mobius Action Cam that maxes out at 30fps at 1080p.
- Great transitions from very bright light to other scenery.
- Ease of setup
- Very close to GoPro quality video
- Compact size
- Value priced

Cons:

- It doesn't come with a lens cap to protect the lovely lens.
- Greens could be a little less washed out, but that is splitting hairs.

Even though this camera challenges my GoPro Hero 4 Silver in video quality, it can also be used as an FPV camera. I don't go into that in this video, but it can do a lot of things that I didn't cover in this video.

It is small enough that I can throw it on lots of my planes and RC quads such as my Syma X8C Venture, Parkzone Sport Cub, and my Parkzone T-28 Trojan to name a few options!

This is how RunCam describes the RunCam 2 HD Camera:

"High Video Resolutions: 1080p 60fps, 720p 120fps

Extremely Low Latency: 40ms (720p120fps); 60ms(1080p 60fps),
comparable to analog cameras.

Light Weight:
35g(1.2oz) without the removable battery; 49g (1.7oz) with battery.

Wide Voltage Range:
DC 5-17V. Can be powered directly from external power.

Others:
built-in lens hood for crash protection, RF shielding,
WiFi enabled & much more.

As always, RunCam is born for RC fanatics!"
