16,000 ARTIFACTS.. WHERE ARE THEY?!?

In 1996 the US gov, discovered over 16 thousand artifacts were discovered in the restoration project of the Jose V. Toledo Federal Courthouse in Puerto Rico. Now this is interesting because just like Moctezumas feathers being held hostage in Austria; between 300 to 400 indigenous boricua artifacts are held hostage in the University of Georgia due to the interference of the US Navy in our Island since the end of the Spanish-American war. So… What about the rest of the artifacts? My bet.. The Smithsonian.
