************* SOURDOUGH BREAD RECIPE ***************
3/4 Bubbly Active Sourdough Starter stirred down
1 1/3 cup of room temperature water
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1 tablespoon sugar

Preheat Toaster Oven to 450
Place bread in for 20 minutes covered
Helps to add a few spritzes of water to the loaf to create steam or a tiny bowl of ice cubes
After 20 minutes, reduce heat to 425 and remove cover
Back another 20 minuted
Cool on rack before slicing

Very forgiving to make this bread.
As long as you follow the timings and don’t burn it, it will taste great.
Might not win a prize for looks, but that’s on another channel!
