Want to LEVEL UP your fitness? Join us for the “5 min — 5 day Workout Challenge” 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

For EXAMPLE:

Set a timer 5️⃣ minutes

10 reps (As demonstrated in video)
—Squats
—Bicycle crunches
—Push ups

Keep going until timer is up. You can go as fast or slow as you want. You can do 10 reps or 5 reps or 3 reps.

Notice how we are doing different versions of the same exercises.

Make it your own 🏋🏼‍♀️ or follow our format. You can do this right before starting your day or right before ending your day. 💪

Other suggestions — you could STRETCH, do YOGA or JOG in place for 5️⃣ minutes.

But the 🔑piece here is notice how you FEEL afterwards. AND it was only 5 min!

We felt physically and mentally stronger. 🧠💪

Sometimes it even leads you to a longer session—only if time permits ⏰
