If we were such incompetent owners of businesses the barriers wouldn't be set where they are. The legislation refers to the people the recreational legislation is addressing as disproportionately effected, while failing to help them with the soxio economic Correlation of a lack of family and friends. Then raising financial barriers, claiming that industry can't participate in round 1 of the lottery for recreational liscencing, plausible deniability for the market. Including the plausible deniability that the HAVE TI CONVERT to dual liscencing. This is all bribbed legislation. The move from 6 plants to 2, from a quarter pound to 1.5 ounces, from 1250 mg THC to 750 mg in 10 mg doses, and if I am correct i don't think recreational market will have access to concententrayes, maybe hashish, definately not RSO, and edibles are rec. Available in 10 mg doses to ny knowledge. Nit oto mention possible cap on flower at 15% THCa and with a 9% sales tax.
O didn't mention you can't just now decide to to go medicinal, they haunted it until 2024. And believe they'll be tracking purchasing of recreational cannabis to make more difficult the ability to purchase the cheaper medicinal cannabis. 🤔
