"McDonald's Delicious Decision Scratch Off Game" McDLT 1986 TV Commercial (80's Lost Media)

This predates the Mcdonald's Monopoly game by one year. Curiously, I can't find anything about it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_McDonald%27s_marketing_campaigns Looks like something of a minor mystery, as Captain Picard would say in that one episode of Star Trek The Next Generation, "Clues." I hope that sentence was long enough.

Anyway, I'm going to post this a couple place to see if anyone else knows about it. Hopefully we'll be able to solve this 1980's fast food mystery. Was there a shift in the timeline? Was this a fake commercial produced by 1980's Donald Trump in a Back to The Future Part II Biff-esque plot to get the almanac from marty? Is google search just broken beyond repair? All of these are equally likely when it comes to why there is so little information about this promotion.
