The Grave of Johnny Ringo and Soldiers Hole

Soldiers Hole was a "rest" stop for soldiers and travelers in the old west. It was supposed to be a mill and mining town, it had homesteading, Apache incursions etc.

Johnny Ringo was a well known outlaw in the old west; known mostly (in my mind) for his encounters with Doc Holliday.

He was found dead at this site with a bullet in his temple. His death was ruled a suicide.

His grave in on private property, but the owner's allow people to visit.
