This is a LETHAL superset that you need to try for yourself🔥

Most gyms have a chest-supported row machine like this, but you can also apply this same rep scheme & superset to another row variation like:
Incline DB Rows, T-Bar Rows (preferably chest-supported), Incline Smith Machine Rows, etc & then finish off with shrugs immediately after, with whatever row setup you choose.

This is a GREAT way to train your upper back if your workouts need a little more intensity or if you’re short on time. It’s important that you choose a weight that accurately applies to this rep range, so you don’t have to do a bunch of junk volume & practically meaningless sets. 2-3 Rounds should be MORE THAN ENOUGH (if you choose the appropriate weight).
