This is Fort Clinch at Fort Clinch State Park at Fernandina Beach, Florida. Fort Clinch State Park is rich with God's Creation and American History. Whether you’re a history buff, creation lover or a bit of both, there is a lot to enjoy at Fort Clinch. There is also plenty of beach to explore.

As the fort cannons point across the St. Mary’s River into Georgia they remind us of our Civil War when we as Americans could not deal with our issues in a civil manner.

The first weekend of every month a soldier garrison fires cannons and demonstrates other battlefield skills.

Arching live oaks provide a beautiful view while hiking and biking on the park’s many trails. Camping, fishing, shelling and shark-tooth hunting are popular activities.

Park open 8 a.m. to sunset, 365 days a year.
Ranger station open 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Fort open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Visitor center is open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
