Double Poof with Woodland Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Poofs are 10in and Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long

Top- Poofs are 10in and Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long

For Bottom you will need 10 Orange Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in

For Top you will need 8 Orange Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in

Ribbons Cut -12in
