Lose those Pesky Love Handles!!

Lose those Pesky love handles once and for all! The answer is simple enough, but is it worth it to you to get there? You see, the love handles are the final boss of any weight loss program. You can be bone shredded, veins in the abs and striations like an anime character... and still have love handles.

It's a nightmare! The only way to get rid of them, is to keep dieting down. When the rest of the fat on the body has been removed, that lower back fat has no where to hide. But unfortunately you have to get to that point before we can even have that conversation. You need to diet down to about 10% body fat before we can start seriously considering getting those love handles to disappear. For most people that is simply too out of reach to be a realistic goal.

So what can we do? Well, we can wear looser clothing! Tight underwear like compression shorts will make your skin press up, turning you into a nice muffin top like you just came out of the oven. Looser waist bands on the underwear, and looser pants will go a LONG way to avoiding this. A good practice is to look for cloths that are 'slim fit' but buy them a size or two up! If you can tolerate wearing a belt with all your pants, extra loose pants and shorts may get rid of your love handles entirely. ((The fat is still there but it's not being pressed upon)). For swimming, where we are going to see the love handles the most... it may be wise to go with a size up on trunks and tie them as tight as you need to stay on.

Otherwise just accept that your body is what it is, and most people don't even notice the love handles anyway! In any case, keep dieting down and things will get better!
