June 27, 1996: this is what #NASA's #Galileo #space #probe took during its #flyby over #Europa, at 156,000 kilometres above the #surface. Now the NASA image #PIA00295 has been reprocessed using #AI and this is the result. Now is clearly possible to see the cracks the rifts (up to 1600 kilometres long) on the surface and at least one impact crater (around 30 kilometres in diameter). #Video #4K #60FPS via AI.
