Baby Salem was prenatally exposed to her mother's drug use early in pregnancy and since she was born, her mother has returned to drug use, sans prescription per her own report, and prioritized her own cosmetic surgeries over getting Salem the care that she needed to treat her obvious medical conditions in a timely manner.
