Justin Trudeau’s Safety Minister Marco Mendicino says that he didn't know about Serial Monster Paul Bernardo being transferred to Minimum Security though his staff were notified months prior. Now it's coming to light that the government sought damages amounting to $19K from the families of the victims of the crimes when they were perusing information about parole hearings.
