Margaret Sanger was a Eugenics and the idea of planned parenthood was depopulation. She spoke at KKK events and rhetoric was to rid of the degenerate ones.

Planned Parenthood would later target African American communities through birth control, abortion and preventative measures that concerned America with the uprising of what was deemed by the government agencies as the rise of "Black Messiahs" that needed to stop. In the end, like the "War on Drug" targeted African American neighbourhoods that we're flooded through Iran Contra and more with drugs that spilled into the suburbs, the allege "War on Poverty" spilled all over America.
